No. The discounted Fates Pledges were made available before all 4 Seasons had been revealed, in exchange for backers choosing to purchase Twelve Sins of Herakles 'blind', so to speak. As such, those discounted bundles will not be available in the PM. You will still be able to buy all 4 Seasons of Twelve Sins of Herakles individually.
