Yes! Only the Summer Core game is required to play Twelve Sins of Herakles. The Expansions (Autumn, Winter and Spring) each add content to the Summer core game equal to the base experience, but they are optional expansions that you can play in any order, and can easily pick and choose which of these most interests you.
