Aeon Trespass: Odyssey and Twelve Sins of Herakles are designed for 1-4 players, with a foundation of battles using 4 Titans co-operating against 1 Primordial. This allows up to 4 players to play together, but it’s also viable to play either solo or 2-player, sharing the command of Titans between them. This way, the game becomes more like a tactical video game, Xcom or FF Tactics. And, since the release of AT:O, we’ve become much better at streamlining processes and creating conveniences that make the games easier for smaller groups of players. So, while there is no 'True Solo' mode, i.e. a single Titan vs Primordials, the games are still solo-friendly, and 1- or 2-player groups are totally valid.
