I want a refund

To receive a refund, send us at support@itustudio.com your Pledge ID or Backer number and Gamefound / Kickstarter e-mail, and we will process your refund.

Note: There are additional Gamefound / Kickstarter processing costs (total of 8-10%).

We offer no questions asked refunds. We can refund you within 14 days of the campaign’s end, fees included. After that, we can refund you until the Pledge Manager deadline, minus Kickstarter and payment processing fees (which we can’t get back after 14 days). 

If a component cannot be delivered AT ALL, we refund that completely, including fees. Refunds within 14 days of the campaign’s end are reversed via Stripe to your credit card. All refunds after this time will be reversed to your credit card or may be processed via PayPal, at our discretion. 

This project is being funded in EUR and any refunds processed will be in EUR for the exact amount received in EUR, excluding any applicable fees depending on the time of the refund being processed. 

If, for any reason, the Company is at fault for the refund, the Company covers all KS and payment processing fees.
