I didn't receive tracking information

The carrier company sends tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received it yet, here are a few things to check:


  • Spam or Promotions Folder – Sometimes, tracking emails may end up there.
  • The Email Associated with Your Pledge – Ensure you're checking the correct email inbox.


If you still can’t find your tracking details, please email us at support@itustudio.com with your pledge ID, and we’ll be happy to provide an update on your shipment.
